1. Proof Pizza Special

Dive into our Proof Special Pizza, made with Marinara, Mozzarella, Peppadew, Sausage, Giardiniera, and Roasted Garlic. This pizza is available both at Proof Pizza and the Bar.

2. Caprese Sandwich

We 10/10 recommend our new Proof Pizza Sandwich, the Caprese, made with Ovoline Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil, Balsamic, EVOO, Pesto Mayo, and Sesame Hoagie Roll. You can order this sandwich at Proof Pizza or the Bar, located right in our lobby!

3. Classic Big Boy Burger

Listen here….you MUST try our Big Boy Burger, made with Iceberg Lettuce, Big Boy Sauce, and American Cheese, and don’t forget the French Fries. This is only available at the Bar during Happy Hour and Dinner Hours (5 pm-close).

4. Peas and Carrots

If you’re looking for a superstar starter while dining in at ARIA, look no further! Our Peas and Carrots dish, made with potato ravioli, coriander glazed carrots, pea purée, and crispy greens is a beautiful start to an ARIA experience, but don’t stop there…

5. Scallops

Our next recommendation comes right after our Peas and Carrot starter and that is ARIA’s U10 Scallops, made with seared parsnips, braised laccinato kale, potato gnocchi, black trumpets, truffle-chive butter sauce. Need we say more?
