Feel your best when you stay at Saint Kate. All guests get free and unlimited access to the Fitness Center located on the hotel's 4th floor. The Fitness Center is equipped with everything you need to keep up with your workout routine. Equipment includes:

- TRX Triple Suspension Bay System
- TRX equipment (bands, ropes, rollers, medicine balls, kettle bells, mats)

Spacious changing rooms are connected to the Fitness Center for your convenience that are equipped with personal storage lockers, showers, and hairdryers.
In addition to our hotel gym facility, Saint Kate has partnered with local fitness organizations that offer classes at a discounted rate to our guests. Please contact us via email if you're interested in arranging a visit to one of these fitness organizations (a 24-hour lead time is recommended).
