We take pride in actively giving back to the community. From our United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF) and United Way annual giving campaigns to working with local organizations, such as the Cathedral Center to donate volunteer hours, we actively look to support within Milwaukee. Annually Marcus Hotels & Resorts honors select associates who have given their personal time, energy, and effort toward volunteering in their communities with the Ben Marcus Humanitarian of the Year award.

People Pleaser Program

Nominees, winners and former winners are celebrated each month during a fabulous lunch and recognition ceremony. A big celebration for the People Pleaser of the Year is held with a significant award and prize for the winner—not to mention the affair is an amazing night of entertainment for all involved.
